Clear terms for using Axon Digits products and services.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Axon Digits website (axondigits.com) and all software products and services provided through it (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Axon Digits (Private) Limited is a company registered with SECP in Pakistan.

2. Services

Axon Digits provides cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) products for businesses, including:

  • Axon Finance Suite (AFS): Accounting, invoicing, and financial management software.
  • Axon Employee Management (AEM): HR, attendance, payroll, and employee management software.

All Services are delivered digitally via the internet. There is no physical product or shipment involved.

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Our products are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Prices are displayed on our website in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST).
  • Payments are processed securely through Safepay, our authorised payment gateway. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
  • Your subscription renews each month on your renewal date (the same date each month). On that date we issue the invoice for the next month, which you pay through Safepay from your dashboard. We do not store your card details and never charge your card automatically.
  • If a renewal invoice is not paid, access to the product is paused (normally seven days after the renewal date) until the invoice is paid. Your data is not deleted while access is paused.
  • To stop your subscription renewing, cancel it before the renewal date (see section 6).
  • We may offer free trial periods. At the end of a trial, you will need to subscribe to continue using the Service.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for our products. During the trial, you have full access to the product features. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your access will be suspended until you subscribe to a paid plan.

6. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date.
  • No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations made mid-cycle. See our Refund Policy for full details.
  • Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 90 days. After that period, it will be permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, other user accounts, or our systems.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to interfere with the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Services without our written consent.
  • Use the Services to store or process data that violates the rights of any third party.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials on the Axon Digits website and within our products are the property of Axon Digits (Private) Limited or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

Your data remains your property. We do not claim ownership of any data you upload or create within our Services.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep our Services available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, during which Services may be temporarily unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from temporary unavailability of the Services due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice where possible.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
